We require 50% of the estimated final purchase price as a non-refundable deposit on your order.

Prices are approximations
If the final hanging weight of your meat is above average your cost will be more and less if below average.

Please be aware that available processing dates can be anywhere from 1 - 8 months out. If you don’t want to reserve on-line or have additional questions for us, we can take your order via email or over the phone.
